Roller Skating Back to Good Health

One hour of roller skating can burn 330 – 600 calories and give you a great leg workout, without the extra stress on your knees. In addition to exercising the legs, roller skating is a great for working all of the muscles group, including: buns, abs and obliques. Roller skating has even been shown to improve ones stamina and balance.

What we love best about roller skating is that it is fun and good for your health at the same time.
